ROMCARBON sponsors with 10 oxygen concentrators Smeeni Chronic Diseases Hospital, Buzău County, for the endowment of the Hospital wards.
The company joins efforts to support hospitals and healthcare professionals in their fight to treat patients suffering from Sars – Cov – 2 infection and not only, sponsoring with medical equipment that will help increase the quality of patient care.
The sponsorship, consisting of the 10 oxygen concentrators, with a capacity of 10 liters and having a value of 77.350 lei, has reached the Smeeni Chronic Diseases Hospital and will be distributed to the Hospital’s wards during this week.
Ms. Carmen Mănăilă, Deputy General Manager for Administration of Romcarbon SA stated:

We are all aware that a steady increase in the number of people diagnosed with COVID-19 also requires increased effort on the part of the health system and especially from the lifesport systems, and these oxygen concentrators are an essential source for providing oxygen to those in need. We have thought about sponsoring this type of medical equipment, as in severe cases, patients with COVID-19 face inability to breathe and oxygen concentrators are a real support.
