Teleconference with analysts, investors and journalists – 18th of May 2023
On Thursday, 18th of May, 2023, between 10:30-11:50, local time, Romcarbon Management team will hold a teleconference regarding the Group financial results for Q1 2023.
The teleconference will be held in Romanian and English language with translation into Romanian and from Romcarbon Management team will participate:
Huang Liang Neng – Chairman of the Board and General Manager
Cristinel Dobrotă – Deputy General Manager for Development
Carmen Mănăilă – Deputy General Manager for Administrative Operations
Ion Ungureanu – Manager of PS & PET divisions
Victor Crețu – Manager of PP small & big bags divisions
Viorica Ioana Zăinescu – Financial Manager
The proposed agenda is structured as follows:
- 10:30 – 11:10, Short presentation of Romcarbon financial results for Q1 2023. Key accomplishments and challenges in 2023. Results of the business lines and plans for the next period.
- 11:10 – 11:40, Q&A session.
- 11:40 – 11:50, Conclusions & closing. Structured feedback from participants.
Analysts, investors and journalist that wish to participate to the teleconference have to pre-register either on our website using the registration link or by sending an email to investor.relations@romcarbon.com – having the message/subject “Participation at the conference of 18th of May 2023” until 16th of May 2023, 17:00, with the following details:
- The participant’s name
- Company (only if applicable)
- Questions regarding the teleconference topic
In the Q&A session will adress all the questions sent in the pre-registering and only depending on the available time will answer any on the spot question on agenda, that might be addresed.
The teleconference will be held using MS Teams platform, in order to assure a widespread access of different investors, analysts and journalists. Following the pre-registering, the participants will receive an email containing all the necessary details of access and the information note regarding processing of personal data, in compliance with GDPR.
The audio recording of the teleconference and the presentation will be available on the company’s website, www.romcarbon.com , in the section dedicated to the event.
