Teleconference with analysts, investors and journalists – 18th of November 2021
On Thursday, 18th of November, 2021, between 10:30-11:50, local time, Romcarbon Management team will hold a teleconference regarding the company financial results for 9 Months of 2021.
The teleconference will be held in English/Romanian and from Romcarbon Management team will participate:
- Huang Liang Neng – CEO
- Carmen Mănăilă – Deputy CEO
- Cristinel Dobrotă – Deputy CEO, Manager of PE and Regenerated polymers division
- Ion Ungureanu – Manager of EPS and PET division
- Victor Crețu – Manager of PP small & big bags
- Viorica Ioana Zăinescu – CFO
The proposed agenda is structured as follows:
- 10:30 – 11:10, Short presentation of Romcarbon financial results for 9 Months of 2021. Key accomplishments and challenges in 2021. Results of the business lines and plans for the next period.
- 11:10 – 11:40, Q&A session.
- 11:40 – 11:50, Conclusions & closing. Structured feedback from participants.
Analysts, investors and journalist that wish to participate to the teleconference have to pre-register either on our website at the registration link or by sending an email to investor.relations@romcarbon.com – Until 16th of November 2021, 17:00, with the following details:
- The participant’s name
- Company (only if applicable)
- Questions regarding the teleconference topic
In the Q&A session will adress all the questions sent in the pre-registering and only depending on the available time will answer any on the spot question on agenda, that might be addresed.
The teleconference will be held using MS Teams platform, in order to assure a widespread access of different investors, analysts and journalists. Following the pre-registering, the participants will receive an email containing all the necessary details of access and the information note regarding processing of personal data, in compliance with GDPR.
The audio recording of the teleconference and the presentation will be available on the company’s website, www.romcarbon.com , in the section dedicated to the event.
