Teleconference with analysts, investors and journalists – 13th of April 2021
Tuesday, 13th of April, 2021, between 10:30-12:00, local time, Romcarbon Management team will hold a teleconference regarding the company financial results for 2020 and plans for 2021.
The teleconference will be held in English and Romanian and from Romcarbon Management team will participate:
- Huang Liang Neng – CEO
- Carmen Mănăilă – Deputy CEO
- Cristinel Dobrotă– Deputy CEO
- Viorica Ioana Zăinescu – CFO
For this event we have as a special guest in his capacity as cohost Mr. Marius Opriș, Partner Ascendis.
The proposed agenda is structured as follows:
- 10:30 – 11:00, Short presentation of Romcarbon results for 2020. Key accomplishments in 2020. Future plans in 2021.
- 11:00 – 11:50, Q&A session.
- 11:50 – 12:00, Key conclusions & closing. Structured feedback from participants.
Analysts, investors and journalist that wish to participate to the teleconference have to preregister by using the following link – REGISTRATION FORM.
In the Q&A session will adress all the questions sent in the pre-registering and only depending on the available time will answer any on the spot question on agenda, that might be addresed.
The teleconference will be held using MS Teams platform, in order to assure a widespread access of different investors, analysts and journalists. Following the pre-registering, the participants will receive an email containing all the necessary details of access and the information note regarding processing of personal data, in compliance with GDPR.
